DMCA Policy
At Key Lime Cupcakes, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications regarding material removed due to a copyright complaint.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the infringing material. If we remove or disable access to material in response to a DMCA notice, we will make a good faith attempt to contact the owner or administrator of the affected content so that they may make a counter-notification.
